My goal is to create environments that feel inviting, livable, and thoughtfully designed. I focus on balancing aesthetic appeal with everyday functionality to ensure each home performs as beautifully as it looks. In collaboration with a registered architect, I contributed to the design and permitting of six single-family residential projects. Working closely with an in-house contractor, I developed a strong understanding of how to design within the realities of budget, timelines, and practical construction constraints.
